How to update
- Go to “Account Settings → Payout account”.
- Click “Change account” and enter the bank code, branch and account number.
- The system verifies the holder name: it must match your verified identity.
- The change takes effect immediately after verification; in-flight payouts still go to the old account.
FAQ
- Can I use someone else’s account? No. A name mismatch is the most common cause of failed payouts.
- Can I link a foreign-currency account? Only local NTD bank accounts are supported for now.
