Identity and Bank Account Verification Before Payouts

There are two gates: tax information and payout details. Both go through manual review, and automatic payouts only start once both reach “approved” status.

Before you start

  1. Complete your tax information first.
  2. Check which payout methods your status allows:

ⓘ Since 2015, PayPal does not allow transactions between two Taiwan-registered PayPal accounts, so only non-Taiwan-registered PayPal accounts are accepted.

Filling in payout details (bank transfer)

  1. Select your bank and branch — the list comes from the FSC-supervised financial institution registry and does not include farmers’/fishermen’s associations. If you cannot find your bank, email support@furuke.com.
  2. Enter the account holder name. It must follow these rules (checked during review):

  1. Enter the account name (maximum 100 characters).
  2. Upload a photo of your bankbook cover: exactly 1 image, JPEG, up to 2000×2000px. It must show the account number, account holder name, bank name, and branch name — it is used for manual review and transfer verification.

Submission and review

Newly submitted payout details start in “under review” status and take effect once “approved”. For the four blocking messages you may see on submission, see What To Do When Review Fails.

Stuck?

  • Rejected because the account holder name does not match — use an account matching the income recipient’s name; businesses follow the table above.
  • Bankbook photo rejected — make sure all four items (account number, holder name, bank, branch) are clearly visible.
